Perserving Marriage

Having a successful marriage is like preserving a food product. Both require commitment to preserve, effort to blend the ingredients and energy to seal it properly for the future.
The first step in preservation of food is to follow a knowledgeable recipe to collect all the necessary equipment and prepare the ingredients. In marriage couples should go to premarital counseling to learn the expectations of marriage in an effort to make a commitment. A White Bible Ceremony reinforces the commitment that is essential for a preserved marriage.
In food preservation all ingredients must be skillfully blended to achieve a successful product. In marriage ingredients of backgrounds, incomes, debts and church relationships must be blended for a man and woman to make one family unit.
People who spend energy, time and money to preserve a food product wants it sealed properly.
Christians want a marriage that will be sealed until eternity. A successful marriage is one that is not thrown away in divorce. A successful marriage is where a couple takes challenges and works a lifetime to preserve it.
